Wealthy doin' well, but you're not

Americans, for the most part, are not doing well financially. But can't we rejoice over the fact that at least some are doing well? I know that the few at the top are reaping great rewards, while the rest of us toil productively and suffer in the income arena, but let's cheer success when it materializes.
